PermanentResident.ca collects the contact details, situation, preferences and consents you submit to review your enquiry. Pathway Finder answers are sent only if you explicitly include them. Residency-calculator dates stay in your browser tab. Checklist progress is stored only on your device. Do not send identity documents or sensitive case records.
Use and sharing
We use enquiry information to review your needs and contact you. Referral sharing and optional marketing have separate consents. We share enquiry details with an appropriate authorized professional only with referral consent. A provider handles information under its own privacy terms. Submission does not appoint a representative.
Storage and access
Records are stored through the OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure and its database service. Submitted enquiries, contact details, consent choices and any explicitly included Pathway Finder answers are also sent to Formspree to deliver notifications to our team. Formspree and the receiving email service process and retain a copy; these services may process data outside Canada. Access to the management workspace is restricted to the configured owner. Hosting providers process data to operate the service and may process it outside your province or country. We do not run advertising trackers on these pages. Temporary abuse-prevention records use a rotating hashed network identifier.
Your choices and retention
Call (833) 696-9996 or use the enquiry form, selecting a privacy request in your message, to ask for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Provide your enquiry reference; do not include identity documents. We review closed records for deletion when no longer needed, normally within 24 months, unless a legal obligation requires retention. Deletion and consent requests are handled manually after appropriate verification, including applicable copies held in Formspree and notification mailboxes.
